Since we were young, we have spent time in the kitchen creating our own healthy meals and snacks. Our mom is borderline diabetic and manages her condition by reducing her sugar intake. We have grown up reading nutrition labels because we discovered that granolas that are labelled as “healthy”, “all-natural” & “organic” are deceptively high in sugar. Eating too much sugar can lead to obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, & heart disease. As student-athletes we are focused on reducing the sugar content in our food without compromising its taste.
The Pure 10 focuses on the quality & nutritional content of 10 key ingredients. Our ingredients are Certified Organic and non-GMO; sustainably or wild grown in Australia and Canada. Our ingredients do not contain preservatives, artificial colours or flavours. That is why we bake our granola in small batches to ensure the freshness.

We do not add dried fruits to our base granola because these are higher in sugar. We suggest that you add sliced fresh fruits to the granola or you can purchase a selection of dried organic fruits from our website. We provide nutritional information for all of our products so that you can control the amount of sugar that is in each portion. Awareness is the key to controlling our sugar intake.

We started our company in the summer of 2020 by launching 2 versions of our favourite homemade granola – Oats & Puffed Millet and Oats & Puffed Brown Rice.
